Shipping Policy
At this current time I am only shipping within the US, Nothing International.
Processing Time
Once you place your order please allow anywhere for 7-14 days for your order to be prepared for shipping. I do work a full time job aside from running my shop so please be patient with me. if anything is delayed further out than 14 days I will message those affected by the delay. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Due to COVID shipping times may vary. Once packages are in the hands of the shipping carrier they are completely out of my control.
Lost/stolen and Undeliverable Packages
Just.__.Rae is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If by any circumstance a package is returned for being undeliverable, the customer can repay shipping fees to have the item shipped again. Just.__.Rae is not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Undeliverable items due to incorrect address of customer cannot be refunded and customer may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you have an address change after placing an order please contact me as soon as possible so that I can resolve those changes.
Preorders and Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of ordering. Preorder items cannot be canceled since the funds are used to produce the products ordered.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Under the events the chargeback is false (ex. opening unauthorized purchase dispute after received or shipping products when order was purposely made) will result in shipped orders being rerouted back to me, the order canceled, and having any future orders subject to cancelation. If you believe an order was placed with me without your permission, please email me to cancel and refund you as chargebacks take fees every time.
